Ground beef with cream
This is the best meat I have absolutely shattered. If you do not like sherry, which can be omitted.
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons chopped yellow onion, peeled
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups hot milk
1 / 2 pound dried beef slices
Paprika 1 / 4 c. Tea
black pepper to taste freshly ground pepper
3-5 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2-3 servings
1. In a heavy pan, melt butter and sauté onion until light yellow.
2. Stir in flour with a spatula, then hot milk, stirring constantly, until mixture becomes thick.
3. When the mixture is thickened, add the remaining ingredients and heat for a moment.
4. Serve on toast

Ingredients:
1 / 2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter
Flour 1 / 2 cup
1 can (14 1 / 2 oz) condensed milk
1 1 / 2 cups water
1 jar (5 ounces) Dried Chipped Beef
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cook celery and onion in butter until they are soft. Combine the flour. Stir in condensed milk and water. Cook, stirring, until smooth and thick. Add beef. Parsley.
Are active and on toast.
